One of the objectives is to bring out recommendations and solutions to help institutional authorities and establishments in their fight against mistreatment. She is also involved in a research-action project that is being carried out in co-construction with older adults. This project aims to paint a picture of the mistreatment of older adults living in residences (RPAs) and their caregivers. In addition to creating a portrait of the situation, knowledge transfer tools and raising awareness about mistreatment in RPAs will be developed. With nearly 6 years of experience in university research as a research assistant, she has been involved in various functions such as literature review, recruitment, interviews, analysis and coordination.
