This three-year project, which aims to promote the good treatment (<em>bientraitance<\/em>) of older adults in the community, has been granted $214,186. <a href=\"\/?p=4116\"><strong>Sandra Smele<\/strong><\/a>, coordinator of the CREG\u00c9S Domain of Expertise in <a href=\"https:\/\/creges.ca\/en\/?page_id=914\">Inclusive Aging, Diversity, Health and Well-Being (IDSB)<\/a>, as well as CREG\u00c9S members <a href=\"\/?p=9097\"><strong>Meghan Joy<\/strong><\/a> (Concordia University) and <a href=\"\/?p=4115\"><strong>Ginette Aubin<\/strong><\/a> (Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Trois-Rivi\u00e8res), will contribute to this project.<\/span>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; type=&#8221;1_3&#8243; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/creges.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/3.png&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; title_text=&#8221;3&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; column_structure=&#8221;2_3,1_3&#8243; border_width_top=&#8221;1px&#8221; border_color_top=&#8221;#ECEEF3&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][et_pb_column _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; type=&#8221;2_3&#8243; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Project led by \u00c9lise Milot receives a grant for research on the inclusion of adults with intellectual disabilities<\/h2>\n<p>The other project receiving funding through the same program will be led by <a href=\"\/?p=9101\"><strong>\u00c9lise Milot<\/strong><\/a> (Universit\u00e9 Laval), researcher member of the CREG\u00c9S, and is called <em>Mise en place du mentorat actif pour favoriser l\u2019inclusion sociale et le vieillissement actif des personnes a\u00een\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentant une d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle<\/em> (\u201cImplementation of active mentoring to promote social inclusion and active aging among older people with intellectual disabilities\u201d).
