A new free training course on the good-treatment of caregivers is now available on the portail of d\u00e9veloppement professionnel of the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al’s Facult\u00e9 des sciences infirmi\u00e8res.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This two-hour asynchronous training course (in French) is aimed at professionals and managers in the health and social services sector, as well as anyone else working in the health and social services network who comes into contact with caregivers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The content experts are Anna Andrianova<\/strong><\/a>, coordinator of the domain of expertise in caregiving at the Centre de recherche et d’expertise en g\u00e9rontologie sociale (CREG\u00c9S); Loriane Estienne, Executive Director, Proche Aidance Qu\u00e9bec; Sophie \u00c9thier<\/a><\/strong>, CREG\u00c9S research member; Gabriela Peguero Rodriguez, assistant professor in the Nursing Department at the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec en Outaouais; and Marika Tessier, project manager at Proche Aidance Qu\u00e9bec.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training includes two hours of accredited training for members of the Ordre des infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers du Qu\u00e9bec. Other professionals also receive an attestation, but must validate its recognition with their professional order.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
