This seminar provides an introduction to public policies relating to aging and older adults. Initiated by the Student Connection of the Canadian Association on Gerontology, it consists of four courses taught by three CREGÉS members and Concordia University Department of Political Science professors.
You can register to attend this seminar either in English or in French.

A Two-Part Event
Join us for a day designed to spark dialogue between academia, community, and politics, with a focus on the vital role public policy plays in the field of aging. Together, we’ll look at how thoughtful policies can respond to the needs, rights, and lived experiences of older adults. Through dynamic presentations from our speakers, you’ll gain new insights into public policy and explore how gerontological research can shape, guide, and evaluate the policies.

Note to CREGÉS student members: This event is free for CREGÉS student members (your registration fee will be refunded after you attend the event). Transportation costs will be also reimbursed to CREGÉS student members residing outside of Montreal, in accordance with CREGÉS policies.
