TIP SHEET FOR AN INCLUSIVE APPROACH TOWARDS LGBTQ+ OLDER ADULTS
Created by the CREGÉS, this bilingual tip sheet explains the general terms used for sexual and gender diversity, and the basic attitudes, skills, and practices that support inclusive approaches.

Developed as part of the Plan d’action gouvernemental pour contrer la maltraitance envers les personnes aînées 2017-2022′ through a partnership between the CREGÉS the CIUSSS-Estrie-CHUS and the MSSS, this training has 6 modules offered in French:
- 1 introductory module;
- 1 module on key information about LGBT experiences;
- 4 modules aimed at learning about inclusive practices for LGBT older adults, through case studies that represent various care and social service contexts.
