Pearce Simamonika is mainly involved in the "residential module" which consists of a training geared towards managers, in the handling of mistreatment towards residents in long-term care residences. His previous experience includes research in mental health among young people (CREMIS), research on urban revitalization of disadvantaged neighbourhoods (Université de Montréal) and web project management (AnuGo Media). His areas of expertise include biblio-graphic research, literature reviews, writing scientific articles and knowledge transfer. Pearce joined the Domain of Expertise team in October 2020.
