Description:
This presentation focuses on the conceptualization and contextualization of good treatment in Quebec by reporting on findings from two projects currently underway with key stakeholders (older adults, staff and family members) in residential care homes and senior centers. In this presentation we reflect on and discuss the conditions that help to promote good treatment for older adults in both contexts.
